Construction Work – Turnkey Contract For System Delivery F1.Me.03, Ozon-Gak Plant. Kalundborg Central Renseanlæg (Hereafter Kcr) Is To Be Expanded As A Consequence Of The Fact That The Industry In Kalundborg Municipality Will Increase Its Supply In The Coming Years. The Expansion Of Kcr (Hereafter The Project) Is Being Done Both To Increase The Biological Capacity Of The Plant, Better Management Of Overflows, New Sludge Dewatering And The Removal Of Harmful Substances Through The Third And Fourth Treatment Plants. The Project Is Realized Through A Series Of Tenders Within Construction And Facilities, Machinery And Electricity, System Suppliers And Sro. Kalundborg Renseanlæg A/S (Builder) Has Entered Into A Total Consultancy Agreement With Envidan A/S, Which Provides Technical Advice And Assistance, Planning, Construction Management And Process Specialist Advice In Connection With The Realization Of The Project. With This Tender, The Client Is Offering A Turnkey System Delivery For The Project, Including The Removal Of Harmful Substances Through The Use Of The Cleaning Technologies Ozone And Gak (Granular Activated Carbon) (4Th Cleaning Stage). This Tender Only Includes The M&E Contract For The 4Th Cleaning Stage. The Construction And Construction Works Associated With Realizing The 4Th Cleaning Step Are Offered In A Separate Tender. In Addition To The Price Of The Fixed Services, Which Are Connected To Realizing The Contract, The Tenderers Must Provide Price(S) For Individual Supplementary Services, Which Will Be Carried Out If There Is A Need For This (Stipulated Services). The Client Has Considered Whether The Purchase Can Be Divided Further, But Considers That A Further Division Would Involve A Number Of Inappropriate Technical And Legal Interfaces With The Consequent Risk Of Obstacles In The Execution Phase As Well As Derived Transaction Costs. The Dates That Define The Execution Period In The Tender Notice Are Indicative And Based On The Preliminary Plan For The Execution Of The Tender. Changes In The Tender Schedule Or In The Project Progress In General May Mean That The Execution Schedule Changes.
