The Procedure Is Conducted As An Open Tender Pursuant To The Provisions Of Art. 129 Section 1 Point 1) In Connection With Joke. 129 Section 2 And Art. 132-139 Of The Act Of September 11, 2019 Public Procurement Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1320, As Amended - Pzp) And Implementing Acts To The Pzp. 2The Procedure Is Conducted In Accordance With The Rules Provided For Classic Contracts With A Value Equal To Or Exceeding The Eu Thresholds. The Proceedings Are Conducted In Accordance With The Rules Provided For The So-Called Reverse Procedure Referred To In Art. 139 Section 1, 3 - 4 Pzp. Pursuant To The Above-Mentioned Regulations, The Ordering Party Will First Examine And Evaluate The Offers, And Then Subjectively Qualify The Contractor Whose Offer Was Rated The Highest In Terms Of The Lack Of Grounds For Exclusion And Compliance With The Conditions For Participation In The Proceedings. The Order Will Be Financed From External Funds As Part Of The Project Managing Bison Migration In Eastern Poland, Co-Financed By The European Funds For Eastern Poland 2021-2027 Program In 85% And From The Forest Fund In 15%.
