Creation And Presentation Of A Database On Social Description, Evaluation, Ranking Of Identified Needs, Organization Of Seminars On Community Participation And Gender. Formation Of Community Action Groups Selected By Communities, Taking Into Account Gender Balance, Creation Of Structure And Increasing Participation Of Women In The Implementation Of Activities, Establishing Community-Based Structures Essential To Ensure And Strengthen The Resilience Of Target Communities. Conducting Trainings To Increase Skills In The Direction Of Creating And Managing Sustainable And Organized Communities, Organizing Intra-Community Activities, Organization Of Psycho-Sociological Rehabilitation Training For Communities And Young Beneficiaries In Order To Eliminate Psychological Problems Encountered In The Process Of Adaptation Of The Population To New Living Conditions, Agreeing And Approving The Relevant Skill Envelopes Prepared For The Knowledge And Skills Of The Individual Beneficiary That Are Considered To Be In Accordance With The Criteria. Involvement Of Beneficiaries In Vocational Training On Approved Specialties, Preparation Of Community Data Collection (Including Community Passport, Community Map, Ifq Information Document And Other Documents) Of Target Communities Based On Multi-Sectoral Approaches, Identification Of External And Internal Resources And Assets With The Participation Of Communities. Preparation Of Community Mapping Including Partners And Stakeholders Based On Identified External And Internal Resources And Assets And Conducting Seminars For This Purpose, Preparation Of The Community Mapping Document Based On The External And Internal Resources And Assets Of The Communities And Organization Of Seminars For The Purpose Of Presentation And Discussions In The Target Areas. To Achieve Discussions With Relevant Institutions, Interested Parties And Partners Of The Program In The Seminars, To Listen To Opinions, Suggestions And Recommendations., Determining Different Interest Groups In Communities, Preparing A Set Of Relevant Criteria Taking Into Account Their Demands And Needs. Organization Of Round Table Discussions For The Purpose Of Research Work On Each Community. Compilation Of Criteria Set Document And Submission To Community Action Groups, Organization Of Presentation Events For The Presentation Of The Updated Community-Based Reintegration Model, Which Includes The Sequence Of Implemented Reintegration Measures, Tools And Mechanisms For Monitoring And Evaluation Of Activities. Arranging For Potential Community Action Group Members To Introduce The Community Based Reintegration Model To Their Communities, Conducting Digital Skills Training Among Potential Beneficiaries In Target Areas, Organization Of Final Conferences Dedicated To The Results Of Program Activities In The Region And Center With The Participation Of Community Members Who Participated In Reintegration Events
