The Purpose Of These Bases Is The Supply Of Clinical Supplies On Consignment For Urological Surgical Procedures, Which Includes Equipment, Morcellator And Instruments Necessary For The Correct Use Of The Supplies Required For Patients Of The Dr. Hernán Henríquez Aravena Hospital, For A Period Of Twelve (12) Months, In The Quantities Required By The Bidding Entity, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Administrative Bases, Technical Bases And Other Documents That Form An Integral Part Of This Bidding Process. The Supplier Must Provide On Loan (Use Loan) The Equipment, Morcellator And Associated Instruments, Necessary To Perform Urological Surgical Procedures, As Well As The Supply Of Reusable Laser Fiber On Consignment, In Sufficient Quantity For The Estimated Performance Of Approximately Ten (10) Monthly Prostatic Enucleation And Lithotripsy Surgeries For Urinary Stones. Likewise, A Maximum Delivery Period Of Three (3) Business Days Is Established For The Initial Consignment And/Or Replacement Of Supplies, Counting From The Formal Request Made By The General Supply Subdepartment, Which Will Be Made Via Email. These Bases Refer To The Conditions And Technical Characteristics Required For The “Supplies Clinical Supplies On Consignment For Surgical Urological Procedures”, Hereinafter: “The Supplies”, For The Period Of Twelve (12) Months.
