Tenders are invited for Procurement of Plant Design, Supply and Installation Package 004 of PSSREIP Construction of 2km single circuit Line In & Line Out (LILO) 132kV underground cable to Peliyagoda GSS from Kelaniya -Kotugoda double circuit transmission line To purchase the Bidding Documents, eligible Bidders should: Visit the office of the Project Manager PMU1 at the address indicated above between 0900 hours and 1500 hours on working days until the bid submission deadline and pay a non-refundable fee of LKR 150,000.00 by cash or in the form of bank draft written in favour of the General Manager, Ceylon Electricity Board, Colombo, Sri Lanka. or Request for delivery by sending a written application to the address above requesting the bidding documents for Procurement of Plant Design, Supply and Installation -Package 4 of PSSREIP, Construction of 2km single circuit Line In & Line Out (LILO) 132kV underground cable to Peliyagoda GSS from Kelaniya -Kotugoda double circuit transmission line. The application must include a bank draft in favor of the General Manager, Ceylon Electricity Board, for the amount of LKR 155,000.00 (domestic delivery) or US$ 750 (overseas delivery). The document will be sent through courier. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery. 7. The Pre-Bid meeting will be held on 28 January 2026 at the Office of Project Director, PSSREIP, Ceylon Electricity Board, No. 201/7, Pore, Athurugiriya, Sri Lanka. The Site visit for Peliyagoda will be held on 29 January 2026. The Financial Bids of only Technically Responsive and Qualified Bidders shall be opened after Technical Bid Evaluation, whereas the Financial Bids of those Bidders whose Technical Bids are not responsive and qualified shall be returned unopened after the contract is awarded. 9. When comparing Bids, ADBs Domestic Preference Scheme will be applied in accordance with the provisions stipulated in the Bidding Document. 10.
