The Following Activities Will Be Performed Within The Scope Of The Public Procurement: • Provision Of Consulting Services Related To Value Added Tax - In Connection With The Implementation Of Vat, Ppdds And Related Acts; • Provision Of Consulting Services Related To Corporate Tax - In Connection With The Implementation Of Zkpo And Related Acts; • Provision Of Consulting Services Related To Personal Income Tax - In Connection With The Application Of The Personal Income Tax And Related Acts; • Provision Of Consulting Services Related To Other Legal Acts, In Connection With Taxation; • Provision Of Consulting Services Related To Local Taxes And Fees, Real Estate Taxes, Etc.; • Provision Of Consulting Services Related To The Social Insurance Code And The Health Insurance Law; • Representation Before The Tax Authorities, Including During Tax Audits And Cross-Checks, And Assistance In The Preparation And Submission Of Declarations And Other Required Reporting Forms By The Tax Administration; • Provision Of Oral Or Written Opinions On Specific Issues, Cases, Contracts, Actions And Other Related To Tax Legislation And/Or Effect; • Timely Clarification Of The Current Tax Legislation And All Changes In The Tax Legislation; • Formulation And Preparation Of Written Inquiries To The Authorities Of The Ministry Of Finance And The National Revenue Agency, And Other Authorities On Specific Problems Of The Dp Nkži Related To Tax Treatment And Presentation Of Information; • Methodical Assistance In Applying Tax Legislation And Practical Issues; • Information On Submitting A Standard Audit File For Tax Purposes (Standard Audit File For Tax-Saf-T) On The Basis Of Art. 71K, Para. 4 Of The Tax And Insurance Procedural Code (Dopk); • Providing Consulting Services Related To The New Currency (Euro) And Solving The Problems And Difficulties Related To The Transition To It; • Methodological Assistance For Changing The Accounting Standards From Nss To Ias; • Any Other Assistance Or Consultation Not Specified Above Necessary Or Requested By Dp Nkži, Related To The Timely And Accurate Performance Of Dp Nkžis Obligations According To The Current Tax Legislation And Requirements. Participation In Workshops Organized By Dp Nkži On Topics Related To The Subject Of The Public Procurement. Expected Results: The Results To Be Achieved By The Consultants Are: • Resolution Of Various Cases Related To The Subject Of This Order; • Effective Solutions When Solving Different Cases; • Assistance In The Course Of Tax Audits And Other Administrative And Judicial Procedures Related To Vat Obligations; • And Other Questions That Arose.
