The Subject Matter Of The Limited Procedure Includes: Carrying Out Prevention If Necessary, After A Call With A Request, In Compliance With The Provisions Of The Regulatory Framework For Working With Sources Of Ionizing Radiation; Visits After A Call To Diagnose Damage/S; Visits After A Call To Remove Any Damage, Carry Out The Necessary Repairs And Tests, As Well As A Software Update To Ensure The Full Functionality Of The Equipment, In Accordance With The Manufacturers Requirements; Delivery, If Necessary, Of Spare Parts, After A Written Request From The Contracting Authority; Installation Of The Requested Spare Part And Commissioning Of The Equipment. The Deliveries Of Spare Parts Will Be Periodic And Will Be Carried Out Only If Necessary, After A Prior Written Request From The Employer, Depending On His Needs. The Contract, In Its Part For The Periodic Supply Of Spare Parts, Will Be Concluded At The Indicated Estimated Value. For The Term Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Realize The Full Amount Of The Agreed Amount, But Only As Much As Requested, Delivered And Installed.
