The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Thermal Modernization Of A Municipal Building In Seroczyn. After The Thermal Modernization, The Building Will Continue To Function As A Municipal Building With Residential Premises And, In Part, A Health Center. The Existing Rooms And Their Layout Remain Unchanged. Only The Former Oil Boiler Room Will Be Thoroughly Modernized, Which Will Be Separated And Converted Into A Gas Boiler Room. The Remaining Rooms Inside The Building Will Be Subject To Renovation Works.
