Przedmiotem Zamówienia Jest Wykonanie Robót Budowlano-Montażowych W Ramach Zadania Inwestycyjnego Pn. Adaptation Of The Municipal Building Located At Ul. Narutowicza 2/4 In Poddębice Into Housing And Social Premises And Development Of Public Space In The City Of Poddębice, Through The Creation Of Green Areas Adapted To The Needs Of An Aging Society, Together With The Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Purposes Of Obtaining A Building Permit For The Implementation Of The Investment In Question In The Design And Build Formula: Task 1: Adaptation Of The Building Of The Former District Police Headquarters Located At Ul. Narutowicza 2/4 In Poddębice Together With A Garage Building And An Adjacent Outbuilding For Residential And Social Premises In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program Presenting The Scope Of The Project And Works. The Works In Question Will Be Carried Out In The Following Stages: A) Stage I - Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For Construction And Assembly Works For The Purposes Of Obtaining A Permit For The Construction And Change Of Use Of Buildings For The Purposes Of This Investment, In Particular: - Map For The Purposes Of Design, - Multi-Discipline Inventory Along With The Execution Of The Necessary Excavations, - Technical Condition Assessment, - Technical Expertise Regarding The State Of Fire Protection, - Balance Of The Buildings Electrical Power, - Construction Design, - Executive Designs In The Following Industries: Architecture, Construction, Sanitary Installations: Central Heating, Water And Sewage, Ventilation, Electrical And Telecommunications: General Lighting, Evacuation, Plug Sockets, Computer, Fire Protection - Technical Specification Of Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works. B) Stage Ii - Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works In The Construction, Water And Sewage, Central Heating And Telecommunications Sectors As Part Of This Task. The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Prepared Taking Into Account The Requirements Regarding Exemptions For Disabled People And The Requirements In The Field Of Green Public Procurement. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Attached As Annex No. 12 And 13 To The Swz.
