The Subject Of The Order Includes The Execution Of Construction Works Together With The Necessary Elements Of Accompanying Infrastructure According To The Design And Build Formula, Including: 1) Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation, Which Includes: Includes: A) Architectural And Construction Design With Land Development, Multi-Discipline Technical And Executive Designs In Accordance With Technical And Construction Regulations, Standards And Guidelines In This Regard, B) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Stwior; C) Comprehensive Approval Of The Design Documentation With The Relevant Institutions Necessary To Obtain Decisions Enabling The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Handing Over The Facility For Use; D) Obtaining All The Necessary Materials To Prepare Complete Design Documentation, Including Among Others Maps For Design Purposes, Geotechnical Tests, Conditions For Connection To The Network (If Necessary) And Agreeing On The Designed Solutions With Appropriate Institutions (If Necessary), Expert Opinions, Certificates Resulting From The Prepared Design Documentation; E) Providing The Ordering Party With All The Prepared Documentation In Paper And Digital Form And Obtaining The Ordering Partys Acceptance Of The Prepared Documentation - Acceptance Of The Project By The Ordering Party Does Not Release The Contractor From Liability For Design Errors Or Inconsistencies Of The Project With The Existing State; F) Obtaining By The Contractor On Behalf Of The Ordering Party And Providing The Ordering Party With All Final And Unconditional Decisions And Permits Necessary To Admit The Investment For Use, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Including The Decision On The Use Permit (If Required); G) Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Party A Building Permit/Permits (If Needed) And Other Permits Or Notifications, If Required; H) Preparing And Submitting Simplified And Detailed Cost Estimates And Bills Of Quantities For Multi-Discipline Works To The Ordering Party.
