Sienkiewicza 54, The Scope Of Which Includes In Particular The Following Works: 1) Insulation Of The External Walls Of The Above-Ground Floors Of The Building, 2) Insulation Of The External Walls Near The Ground, 3) Insulation Of The Foundation Walls, 4) Insulation Of The Foundation Walls Below The Ground Level, 5) Insulation Of The Flat Roof Of The School Building And Renovation Of The Roof Covering, 6) Insulation Of The Roof Of The Gymnasium Along With The Replacement Of The Roof Covering And Internal Slabs, 7) Replacement Windows With Energy-Saving Joinery, 8) Replacement Of External Doors With Energy-Saving Joinery, 9) Replacement Of Internal Doors, 10) Replacement Of The Central Heating Installation Together With Radiators, Installation Of A Bms System For Managing And Monitoring The Systems Operation,11) Installation Of A New Mechanical Ventilation Installation,12) Replacement Of The Lighting And Electrical Installation,13) Replacement Of The Buildings Sheet Metal Flashings,14) Reconstruction Of The Entrances To The Building In Order To Adapt Them To The Needs Of People With Disabilities,15) Construction Of A Band Around The Building And Other Hardenings,16) Construction Of An External Cabin Lift For People With Disabilities,17) Construction Of Internal Platforms: Vertical And Staircase For People With Disabilities,18) Connection Of Part Of The Downpipes To The Sanitary Sewage System,19) Demolition Works Related To Thermal Modernization Works, 20) Performance Of Works Accompanying Energy Modernization,21) Other Demolition And Renovation Works,22) Technical Acceptance Of The Elevator Along With Obtaining A Decision Authorizing Its Use By The Office Of Technical Inspection,23) Obtaining An Occupancy Permit.2. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Is Specified In The Design Documentation, Industry Arrangements And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) Developed By The Taika Design Office From Cielimów, Energy Audit, Ex-Ante Audit, Ornithological Expertise, The Content Of Which The Contractor Is Obliged To Familiarize Himself With. 3. All Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Treated As Mutually Complementary And Explanatory In The Sense That If Any Ambiguities Or Ambiguities Are Found, The Contractor Cannot Limit Either The Scope Of Its Obligation Or The Scope Of Due Diligence In The Performance Of Its Obligations Arising From The Public Procurement Contract.
