Tenders Are Invited For The Service Of Conducting Stationary Courses Increasing Professional Qualifications/Competencies Of Students Of Vocational Schools And Technical Schools In The Wrocław Commune - Divided Into 3 Tasks

1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In Organizing And Conducting The Grooming Of Companion Animals (Groomer) Course Along With An Internal Examination (Hereinafter Referred To As The Course). 2. The Participants Of The Course Will Be 8 Students Studying In The Veterinary Industry, Taking Part In The Project Closer To The Labor Market. Support For The Development Of Professional Education In Wrocław.3. The Course (And The Exam) Will Be Conducted On A Stationary Basis In Wrocław, Lasting 40 Teaching Hours (1 Teaching Hour = 45 Minutes) In Three Groups Of A Maximum Of 3 People.4. The Course Will Be Conducted On Weekdays And/Or Saturdays, In A Manner That Does Not Conflict With School Classes.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Appropriate Premises And Equipment For Conducting Classes - Including: A) Rooms That Meet Sanitary, Epidemiological And Occupational Health And Safety Requirements, B) Grooming Tables, Bathtubs, Hair Dryers, Scissors, Trimmers, Clippers, Combs And Brushes, C) Hygiene And Disinfection Measures Enabling Safe Performance Of Treatments.6. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Provide Dogs (At Least 3 Dogs For Each Trained Group) With Different Types Of Coat (Hair Coat), Including Short, Long, Rough, Curly, With Undercoat) For The Practical Part Of The Course, In Order To Enable Each Course Participant To Actively Participate In The Care Of A Dog With A Specific Coat Under The Supervision Of The Person Conducting The Course (I.E. Learning How To Cut, Trim, Bathe, Dry, Combing Fur, Trimming Claws, Cleaning Ears And Teeth).7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Present The Place Of Course Implementation To The Ordering Party For Approval Within 10 Days From The Planned Start Date Of The Course, And The Contractor May Change The Place Of Course Implementation During The Performance Of The Service After Obtaining The Ordering Partys Approval.8. Rooms And Equipment For Conducting Practical Classes Must Meet Occupational Health And Safety Requirements And Must Be Adapted To The Number Of Participants. The Course Implementation Site Will Be Free Of Architectural Obstacles And Marked In A Way That Does Not Impede Access For People With Disabilities.9. The Service Implementation Schedule Will Be Provided To The Contractor By The Ordering Party (After Prior Arrangement With The Contractor), No Later Than 14 Days Before The Planned Start Date Of The Course.10. The Basic Obligations Of The Contractor - In Order To Properly Prepare And Conduct The Course - Will Include In Particular: 1) Submitting A Detailed Course Program For Approval To The Ordering Party In Electronic Form To The E-Mail Address Provided In The Contract Within 7 Days From The Planned Start Date Of The Course; General Course Topics: A) Introduction To The Profession Of A Groomer - Characteristics, Requirements, Work Ethics, B) Structure And Types Of Fur And Skin In Dogs, Selection Of Grooming Methodsc) Basic Care Treatments: Bathing, Drying, Combing, Trimming, Haircut
