The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Cleaning Products For The Maintenance Of The Facilities Of The Municipal Sports And Recreation Center In Zielona Góra - A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Maintaining Their Parameters And The Predictable Maximum Quantity Of The Assortment Is Included In The Table Of The Assortment List Constituting Annex No. I.4 To Swz - Table No. 1. This Quantity Is An Estimate And Not Every Type Of Assortment Listed In Annex No. I.4 - Table No. 1 Must Be Purchased In Full. The Quantities Of The Assortment Given In Annex I.4 To The Swz Are Estimated, Maximum Quantities Assumed In The Order. The Ordering Party Is Not Obliged To Fulfill The Order In Full And The Supplier Is Not Entitled To Any Claims For Damages Due To Failure To Use The Maximum Quantity And Value Of The Order, Subject To The Minimum Order Value Of 80%, Which The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Fulfill. The Supplier Must Deliver The Assortments As New Products, In Original, Factory-Sealed Packaging, With Security Features That Allow For Proper Storage And Safe Transport; All Assortment Packaging Must Have Labels In Polish With The Name Of The Product, Instructions For Use And Safety Of Use, Capacity And Production Date With Expiration Period. The Delivered Assortment Must Have A Shelf Life Of Not Less Than 12 Months, Counting From The Date Of Its Delivery To The Ordering Partys Registered Office For The Assortment Specified In Annex No. I.4 To Swz - Table No. 1. In The Event Of Revealing Quality Defects Of The Assortment, Quantitative Deficiencies Or In The Case Of Delivering Expired, Stale, Unfit For Use Assortment, The Ordering Party Will Immediately Notify The Supplier Of This Fact By Telephone Or E-Mail After Its Detection. The Supplier Is Obliged To To Make Up For Quantity Deficiencies And To Replace The Defective Product With A Defect-Free One And Collect It From The Ordering Party Within 3 Days Of Notification, At Its Own Expense And Risk. The Size Of Each Delivery Will Result From The Ordering Partys Instructions, Each Time Specified In Unit Orders, Submitted Electronically (To The Address Provided By The Supplier) Or By Fax (To The Number Provided By The Supplier). Each Individual Order (Delivery) Will Be Confirmed With A Delivery Document Signed By The Representatives Of The Supplier And The Ordering Party. Delivery, Transport And Unloading Of The Assortment (Including Bringing It To The Storage Room Indicated By An Authorized Employee Of The Ordering Party) Will Be Carried Out By The Supplier At His Expense And Risk To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party, I.E.
