Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Orderthe Scope Of The Documentation Constituting The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Multi-Discipline Construction Design, Including Architectural And Construction Design, Designs Technical, Demolition Design And Land Development Design, Including All Elements Of Executive Designs; 2) Comprehensive Measurement And Drawing Inventory;3) Comprehensive Historical, Architectural And Conservation Research4) Technical Expertise Of The Building;5) Program Of Conservation And Restoration Works;6) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works;7) Investor Cost Estimates And Bills Of Quantities;8) Information On Safety And Health Protection If Its Development Is Required Under Separate Regulations;9) Agreement Of Documentation With The Municipal Office Conservator Of Monuments. The Scope Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Including The Conservation Program, Technical Expertise And Other Studies, Conditions And Principles Of Its Implementation, As Well As Guidelines For Design And Cost Estimation Are Specified In The Contract Template And Annex No. 2.
