The Subject Of The Order Is The Periodic Performance Of Appraisal Reports For The Needs Of The Stare Babice Commune In The Following Scope: 1) Valuation Of The Value Of Real Estate In Order To Calculate An Improvement Fee For The Increase In The Value Of The Property As A Result Of Its Division; 2) Valuation Of The Value Of The Real Estate In Order To Calculate An Improvement Fee For The Increase In The Value Of The Property As A Result Of Consolidation And Division Of The Property; 3) Valuation Of The Compensation For The Land Allocated In The Land Development Plan. For The Road;4) Valuation Of The Value Of Undeveloped Real Estate For The Purpose Of Selling/Purchasing It;5) Valuation Of The Value Of Developed Real Estate Intended For Sale/Purchase;6) Valuation Of The Value Of The Real Estate And The Right Of Perpetual Usufruct In Order To Transform The Right Of Perpetual Usufruct Into Ownership;7) Valuation Of 1 M2 Of Undeveloped Land For The Purpose Of Leasing Or Determining The Value Of The Monthly Rental Rate Of The Developed Real Estate;8) Valuation Of The Value Of The Real Estate In Order To Calculate A Planning Fee For The Increase In The Value Of The Real Estate As A Result Of A Change Of Purpose Land;9) Preparing An Opinion On The Average Value Of 1 M² Of Land Intended For A Municipal Road;10) Valuation Of 1 M2 Of Real Estate Located In The Area Of Consolidation And Division For The Purposes Of Determining The Percentage Of The Improvement Fee;11) Valuation Of The Value Of The Fee For The Non-Contractual Use Of Municipal Real Estate;12) Valuation Of The Rates Of One-Off Remuneration For Establishing A Transmission Easement In Connection With The Placement Of Electricity Infrastructure Devices On Real Estate Owned By The Commune;13) Preparing An Opinion On Validity Of The Report And Preparation Of An Opinion On The Change In The Value Of The Land Property (No Increase In The Market Value Of The Property As A Result Of The Division).
