1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Medical Equipment Necessary For The Operation Of The Serology Laboratory Located Within The Structure Of Szpital Średzkiego Serca Jesusowego Sp. Z O. O. - Delivery Of An Immunohematology Analyzer Along With The Necessary Accessories And Consumables (The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To The Swz).2. The Contractor Will Deliver Medical Equipment To The Ordering Party And Install It In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party Within 30 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.3. The Contractor Will Train The Designated Laboratory Staff In The Use Of The Supplied Equipment.4. The Offered Equipment And Reagents Must Meet The Conditions Specified By Law Allowing Them To Be Placed On The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland, Including, In Particular, If Applicable, The Conditions Specified In The Act Of April 7, 2022 On Medical Devices (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1620).5. The Contractor, No Later Than On The Day Of Installation Of The Equipment At The Ordering Party, Will Provide Full Documentation Of The Installed Devices, Including: Technical Passports, Maintenance Cards, Certificates Of Conformity/Declarations Of Conformity, Operating Manuals In Polish.6. The Ordering Party Expects To Provide An Advance Payment Of 100% Of The Price For The Successive Deliveries Of Reagents And Consumables Necessary To Perform Blood Group Serology Determinations Using The Microcolumn Method.
