Engineering-Design Services For Traffic Installations – S.F. With Dali Element, Including Services For The Elaboration Of Technical Expertises, Specialty Studies, Documentation For Obtaining Design Approvals/Agreements At The Pac, Poe, Pt-De Phase, Maintenance Plan For The Entire Duration Of The Project And Technical Assistance During The Execution Period For The Objective Of Rehabilitation Of The Arad-Ghioroc Tramway Infrastructure. The Municipality Of Arad In Partnership With The Arad County Council Wishes To Initiate And Carry Out An Investment Regarding The Restoration Of The Tramway, Resulting In A Final Route Connecting: Calea Radnei Intersection With Renașterii Street - The Center Of Ghioroc Township. The General Objective Related To The Realization Of This Investment Is The Development Of Mobility And Clean And Ecological Urban Infrastructure At The Level Of The Municipality Of Arad. At The Request Of The Contracting Authority, The Economic Operator Ranked First In The Intermediate Ranking Will Present To The Main Office Documents Within The Validity Period From Which It Can Be Seen That It Does Not Fall Under The Provisions Of Art. 165 Para. (1 Of Law 98/2016, And For The Secondary Offices/Points Of Work, A Self-Responsible Declaration Regarding The Fulfillment Of The Obligations To Pay The Taxes, Fees Or Contributions To The General Consolidated Budget Due; 2. The Criminal Record Of The Economic Operator And Of The Members Of The Administrative, Management Or Supervisory Body Of The Respective Economic Operator, Or Of Those Who Have The Power Of Representation, Decision Or Control Within It, As It Appears From The Ascertaining Certificate Issued By 3. As The Case May Be, The Economic Operator Can Benefit From The Exemptions Provided For In Article 167, Article 98/2016, As The Case May Be.
