Construction Supervision Services - Framework Agreement Of Site Management, Supervision And Osh Services For Investments Managed By The Bucharest Roads Administration. The Object Of The Acquisition Consists In Signing A Framework Agreement, With A Duration Of 4 (Four) Years, Calculated From The Date Of Its Entry Into Force. This Agreement Establishes The Terms, Conditions, As Well As The Legal, Financial, Technical And Administrative Framework For Awarding Subsequent Contracts. The Purpose Is To Ensure, Through The Designated Economic Operators, The Safe, Efficient And Operative Provision Of Site Management, Supervision And Osh Insurance Services For Public Investments Carried Out At The Level Of The Bucharest Roads Administration (Aspmb). The Subsequent Contracts That Will Be Awarded During The Development Of The Framework Agreement Will Have As Their Object Site Management, Supervision And Osh Services For The Aspmb Projects, In Compliance With The Detailed Descriptions In This Documentation. The Contracting Authority Will Select The Object Of Each Subsequent Contract Depending On The Specifics And Complexity Of The Investments, In Order To Respond Legally And Efficiently To Real Needs. In Order To Carry Out The Expected Investments, According To The Legal Requirements Regarding The Obligation Of Such Services, The Following Types Of Services Will Be Carried Out: Site Management Services Based On The Provisions Of The Legislation In Force Regarding The Verification Of The Quality Of Works Law No. 10/1995, Order No. 1496 Of 13 May 2011, Order 277 Of 2012 And Order 2495 Of 26.08.2010, With Subsequent Updates And Modifications, And In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Task Book; Health And Safety At Work (Osh) Services Based On The Provisions Of The Legislation In Force Regarding Health And Safety At Work During The Execution Of Works, In Particular Hg 300/2006, With Subsequent Updates And Modifications; Supervision/Coordination Of Works Implementation, Which Refers To The Provision Of The Following Services: Supervision/Coordination Of The Activity Of Certified Project Verifiers, Site Managers And Occupational Health And Safety Coordinators, The Contractor/Entrepreneurs As The Case May Be, Subcontractors, Etc., Verification And Documentation Of Data And Documents Drawn Up During The Implementation Of Works, Including The Correlation Between Them. The Investment Implementation Documents Will Be Prepared By The Provider For The Construction Technical Book In Distinct Chapters: On Specialties (Eg Lighting); Organization Of Work Progress Meetings, Usually Monthly, Or Whenever Necessary, Or With A Frequency Established By The Contracting Authority. At The End Of The Meetings, Minutes Will Be Drawn Up Of The Discussions/Decisions/Actions Established, Specifying The Persons Responsible And The Established Resolution Deadlines. These Minutes Will Be Sent On The Day Of The Meetings, To All The Participants In The Meetings And All The People Involved In The Implementation Of The Works, Unless The Beneficiary Requests Otherwise. The Consultant/Supervisor/Coordinator Will Follow The Solution In
