The Subject Of The Order Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement Covering The Renovation Of Residential Premises And The Addition Of Ventilation And Smoke Ducts In Inhabited And Uninhabited Premises Included In The Housing Stock Of The City Of Łódź, Residential Premises Owned By Natural Persons Or Jointly Owned By The City Of Łódź Or The State Treasury And Natural Persons, In Common Parts Of Buildings Located In The Resources Of The City Of Łódź In The General Construction, Electrical And Installation Sectors. The Ordering Party Intends To Conclude A Framework Agreement For The Implementation Of The Order With A Maximum Of 22 Contractors Who Meet The Conditions For Participation In The Procedure And Offer The Most Favorable Conditions In The Offer Evaluation Criteria And Whose Man-Hour Rate With Mark-Ups Does Not Exceed Pln 66.00 Net (Excluding Vat), Unless The Ordering Party Will Be Able To Accept An Offer With A Higher Rate (Acceptance Of An Offer With A Higher Rate Is A Discretionary Decision Of The Ordering Party And Results In The Contractor Being Placed In The Ranking Of Contractors). The Ordering Party May Invalidate The Procedure For Concluding A Framework Agreement Concluded With More Than One Contractor If Fewer Than Two Non-Rejectionable Offers Were Received And The Man-Hour Rate With Net Overheads Excluding Vat Does Not Exceed Pln 66.00. Depending On Its Needs, The Ordering Party Will Successively Award Orders To Contractors With Whom A Framework Agreement Will Be Signed For The Renovation Of Premises. The Price Components Included In The Contractors Offer Cannot Be Changed During The Settlement Of The Construction Work. The Rules For Creating A Ranking Of Contractors, Ordering Renovations Of Premises, The Order In Which Renovations Are Ordered And Their Number Are Described In § 3 Of The Draft Contract.
