The Clients Intend To Commission A Company As General Contractor With The Overall Service Described In This Announcement. The Basis For The Order Is A Functional Service Description And An Evb-It System Contract. The Main Service Content Is The Development And Delivery, Construction, Commissioning And Operation Of The Central Control Center Technology Of The Control Center Network In Two Data Centers Or Technology Locations Provided By The Client. In Addition, There Is The Necessary Adaptation And Technical Operation Of The Local Control Center Technology In The Four Control Centers Of The Network. Procurement Also Includes The Associated Services Such As Project Management, Development, Installation And Commissioning Of The Software, Database, Interface And Client Applications, Migration Into Active Operations And Services For The Technical Operation Of The Control Center Technology. Once Operations Begin, Services Are Expected To Be Provided For A Period Of At Least 5 Years.
