Archaeological Services – Archaeological Construction Support - Framework Agreement. The Subject Of This Tender Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Contract For Archaeological Construction Supervision. The Contractor Provides The Following Services: 1. Excavation Permits / Excavation Concept 2. Archaeological Construction Support 3. Final Documentation 4. Other Consulting Services. Further Details On The Service Description Can Be Found In Document 13-Vgv Service Description. Since The Framework Agreement Is Only Concluded With One Company, No Further Competition Takes Place Before The Individual Call-Off. There Is No Entitlement To A Minimum Number Of Individual Requests. The Framework Agreement Begins With The Award Of The Contract And Is Initially Concluded For A Period Of One Year. The Framework Contract Is Extended By A Further Year Unless It Is Terminated By One Of The Parties With 3 Months Notice To The End Of The Contract Year. The Maximum Term Of The Framework Agreement Is Four Years.
