The Vehicle Must Have Valid Hungarian Documents And A Technical Test. The Motor Vehicle Must Comply With The Several Times Amended Decree No. 6/1990 On The Technical Conditions For Putting Road Vehicles Into Circulation And Keeping Them In Circulation. (Iv. 12.)
