Industrial Machinery – Purchase Of A Bag Tearer For The Sorting Line Of Mixed Municipal Waste For Międzygminne Skladowiska Odpadów Komunalnych Sp. Z O. O.. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New Bag Tearer To The Mixed Municipal Waste Sorting Line, Its Installation At The Workstation Indicated By The Ordering Party, Including Connection To The Power Grid With Protection, And Then Commissioning The Machine And Training The Staff. The Bag Tearer Intended For Installation Above The Conveyor In The Sorting Room Must Be Able To Be Safely Moved From Its Working Position Above The Channel To Which The Torn Material Is Fed, In Order To Provide Direct Access To The Channel Without Using The Tearer, In Particular During Breakdowns Or Service Work. The Ordering Party Expects A Bag Tearing Device Equipped With A Slow-Running Tearing Rotor, Adapted To Process The Waste Stream. A Device For Breaking Bags Connected To A Hopper Designed As A Hopper With A Chain Conveyor. The Hopper Should Be Permanently Connected To The Ripper. Both Elements Should Form One Unit Placed On A Stable Supporting Structure Anchored To The Hall Floor. Service Access To The Internal Elements Of The Chain Conveyor Through Quickly Removable Side Covers Along The Entire Length Of The Hopper. The Machine Should Be Made In A Stable Frame Made Of Steel Profiles And Bent Sheet Metal And Equipped With Covers On Each Side. It Should Be Characterized By High Resistance To Dirt, Clogging And Wrapping Of The Material And Be Adapted To Work In Difficult Conditions. The Bursting Rotor Should Consist Of A One-Piece Body With A System Of Fixed Knives That Open The Bags, And The Bags Are Torn On A Movable Segment Comb, Or A Two-Piece Body With Segment Rings On The Outer Circumference, Where The Bags Are Torn By The Relative Movement Of The Segment Rings. The Rotor Is To Be Equipped With Rolling Bearings. To Obtain Optimal Efficiency In Opening And Emptying The Bags, The Material Flow Should Be Smooth. The Device Should Make It Possible To Adjust Operating Parameters To Different Degrees Of Bag Filling And Variable Material Flow. The Container Is Made Of A Stable Frame Made Of Steel Profiles. The Walls Of The Tank Should Be Made Of Steel Sheet With A Thickness Of At Least 4 Mm With Appropriate Reinforcements. Fill The Tearer Hopper With The Loader, Possibly Up To The Upper Edge Of The Hopper Side Walls. The Hopper Should Be Equipped With Heights To Limit The Spilling Of Material Around The Machine During Loading. The Extensions Should Be Screwed To The Upper Edges Of The Tank Above The Rear And Side Walls. Operation Requirements Of The Tearer. The Ordering Party Expects The Delivery Of A Tearing Device With A Control That Guarantees Capacity Regulation By Smooth Regulation Of The Feeding Speed. It Is Required That The Material Is Discharged From The Ripper In A Continuous, Smooth Stream. Solutions In Which The Material Is Discharged From The Ripper To The Conveyor Are Not Allowed
