Jan 2026 About the Program Beit el Baraka is implementing a capacity-building initiative targeting small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and cooperatives, including women-led cooperatives, with the objective of enhancing productivity, innovation, and creation through practical and forward-looking capacity-building interventions. As part of this initiative, Beit el Baraka is seeking an AI Introduction Facilitator to deliver hands-on sessions that introduce participants to simple, innovative, and creative uses of artificial intelligence (AI) to support daily business operations. Position Summary The AI Introduction Facilitator will deliver interactive training sessions in Arabic, focused on introducing basic AI concepts and practical tools that encourage innovation and creation within SMEs and cooperatives. The session will be conducted over one or two days, of total 5 hours, and will take place in Zahle. The training will emphasize practical application over technical theory, enabling participants to creatively use AI tools to improve workflows, develop ideas, and enhance productivity. Participants will be required to bring laptops to ensure hands-on learning. The facilitator will work in close coordination with the Beit el Baraka team. Key Responsibilities Deliver introductory AI sessions in Arabic tailored to SMEs and cooperatives Introduce innovative and creative AI tools applicable to daily work Demonstrate practical uses of AI in: Organization, planning, and idea creation Marketing, communication, and content creation Time management, productivity, and workflow optimization Supporting innovation and business development Facilitate hands-on exercises requiring participants laptops Adapt content to participants technical levels and sector-specific needs Coordinate session logistics with the Beit el Baraka team Maintain attendance records and basic session documentation Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in training, facilitation, or applied AI and digital tools Experience working with SMEs, cooperatives, or adult learners Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, practical, and creative manner Strong facilitation and communication skills Excellent command of spoken Arabic (English is an asset) Training Requirements Participants are required to bring their own laptops Sessions should be interactive, practical, and innovation-driven Tender Link : https://www.daleel-madani.org/calls-for-proposal
