The Illustrious Municipality Of Aysén, Hereinafter The Municipality, With The Purpose Of Fulfilling The Functions Entrusted To It By The Constitutional Organic Law Of Municipalities Requires Contracting The Execution Of The Works Of The Project Construction Solar Pedestrian Lighting Puente Presidente Ibañez, Puerto Aysén. Taking Into Consideration The Obligation That Weighs On The Municipality, To Submit Its Purchasing Processes To Law 19,886, Law 21,634 That Modernizes The Public Procurement Law And Its Respective Regulations For The Year 2024, In Accordance With Article 66 Of The Organic Law Of Municipalities And Without Prejudice To The Provisions Of Sections 4, 5 And 6 Of Article 8 Of The Organic Law Of Municipalities, The Need Arises To Draft These Bases For The Purposes Of Regulating The Bidding And Contracting Process That Provides The Intended Requirement.
