In The Event Of Discrepancies Between The Provisions Of The Ffu And This Swz (In Particular The Draft Provisions Of The Contract), It Is Assumed That Priority Have The Provisions Of The Swz. The Ordering Party Stipulates That Construction Works Will Be Carried Out In An Existing Facility - The Building Of The Public Primary School. The Ordering Party Requires That Activities Related To The Performance Of Works In The Construction And Construction Industry, The Electrical Industry And The Sanitary Industry Be Performed By Persons Employed By The Contractor And Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Within The Meaning Of Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (I.E.: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1071, As Amended).
