With New Ones With A U Coefficient <= 0.8 W/M2k – Area 88.01 M2 Including Installation Of New Roller Blindsb) Replacement Of The Remaining Window Frames (Except For The Windows In The Basement) With New Ones With A U Coefficient Of <= 0.9 W/M2k - Area 839.01 M2 Including Installation Of New Roller Blindsc) Replacement Of Old External Door Joinery With New One With Heat Transfer Coefficient U<=1.3 W/M2k - Area 57.20 M2 Including Installation Of New Roller Blindsd) Replacement Of External Window Sills With New Ones Made Of Galvanized Sheet Metale) Replacement Of Internal Window Sills With New Ones Made Of Conglomerate Thick. 3 Cmf) Carrying Out Tests And Examinations Required For The Network And Facilities, In Particular Thermal Imaging Examination Including The Correctness Of Replacement Of Windows And Doors G) Performing Other Activities Necessary To Fulfill The Obligations Specified In The Preceding Points And The Ffu The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Part 1 And Part 2 Of The Order Constitutes The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu), Annex No. 7 To The Swz. In The Event Of Discrepancies Between The Provisions Of The Ffu And This Swz (In Particular The Draft Provisions Of The Contract), It Is Assumed That Priority Have The Provisions Of The Swz. The Ordering Party Stipulates That Construction Works Will Be Carried Out In An Existing Facility - The Building Of The Public Primary School. The Contractor Should Take The Above Into Account And Adjust The Work Schedule To Ensure Maximum Safety For Students And Teachers Staying At The Facility.2. The Ordering Party Requires That Activities Related To The Performance Of Works In The Construction And Construction Industry, The Electrical Industry And The Sanitary Industry Be Performed By Persons Employed By The Contractor And Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Within The Meaning Of Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (I.E.: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1071, As Amended). The Persons Mentioned In The First Sentence Cannot Perform Any Activities On The Construction Site Without Being Employed Under An Employment Relationship With The Contractor, Subcontractors Of Works Or Services.
