1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Community Center Building At The Volunteer Fire Department In Bełdów - Krzywa Wieś.2. The Scope Of Works Includes Modernization Of: Bathroom, Common Room, Entrance Hall, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, Water And Sewage Installations And Central Heating. And Electrical Installations, In Particular Consisting Of: 1) Demolition Of Partition Walls In Bathrooms And Building New Ones, 2) Modernization Of Sanitary Facilities By Adapting Them For Disabled People, 3) Replacing Washbasins, Flush Toilets And Urinals With Devices Adapted For Disabled People, 4) Laying Tiles And Terracotta In Bathrooms, 5) Painting Bathrooms, 6) Removing Wooden Paneling In The Common Room, 7) Making Wainscoting And Painting Area, 8) Replacing The Wooden Stairs To The Attic With New Steel Stairs With The Same Dimensions, 9) Installing A New Floor In The Common Room Rooms (Does Not Apply To The Kitchen And Garage), 10) Removing All Floor Layers Down To The Ground Level, 11) Installing A New Screed Of Approx. 10-15 Cm, 12) Installing Horizontal Waterproof Insulation And Extending It Onto The Walls, 13) Installing Horizontal Insulation Of Walls By Injecting External Walls, 14) Installing Thermal Insulation Floors By Laying A Layer Of Styrofoam With A Thickness Of 10 Cm,15) Laying The Underfloor Layer With A Thickness Of 6 Cm, Self-Leveling Layer And Homogeneous Pvc Roll Floor Covering,16) Replacing The Water And Sewage System,17) Installing An Air Conditioner And Servicing The Existing Air Conditioner,18) Installing Lighting.3. Detailed Measurements And Scope Of Work Can Be Found In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz. The Scope Of The Order Is Narrower Than That Specified In The Design Documentation And Does Not Include: Insulation Of The Roof Slope, Replacement Of Roof Windows, Laying Tiles And Terracotta In The Kitchen And Painting The Kitchen.4. Construction Works Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Attached Documentation (Appendix No. 6 To The Swz), The Ordering Partys Instructions And The Construction Practice And Applicable Legal Regulations With The Utmost Care.
