1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Successive Delivery Of Food Products For The Needs Of Primary School No. 1. Jana Pawła Ii In Dąbrowa Tarnowska In Dąbrowa Tarnowska In 2026 Divided Into Packages: Package 1 - Foodstuffs, Vegetables, Fruit, Dairy Products, Eggs, Bread, Delicatessen Products, 2. The Subject Of The Order Is Given In Detail In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz And In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz (Taking Into Account The Division Into Packages). The Detailed Range Of Deliveries Has Been Specified In The Appendices, Taking Into Account The Division Into Parts/Packages: Package 1 - Foodstuffs, Vegetables, Fruit, Dairy Products, Eggs, Bread, Delicatessen Products, 3 The Conditions For The Delivery Of Deliveries As Part Of The Order Execution Have Been Specified In The Content Of The Swz, The Draft Provisions Of The Contract And The Opz.4 The Contractor Undertakes To Successively Deliver To The Ordering Partys Headquarters (In The Morning - Agreed With The Ordering Party) The Food Items Presented In Annex No. 4 To Swz Mon. Assortment And Price Forms, Appropriate To The Part Of The Order/Package Offered, From February 1, 2026 (Or From The Date Of Signing The Contract) To December 31, 2026.5 The Ordering Party Requires That: • The Food Being The Subject Of The Order Meets The Quality Conditions In Accordance With Applicable Certificates, Polish Standards, Food Law And The Applicable Principles Of Gmp/Ghp, Gap And The Haccp System Or Management System Food Safety In Accordance With Iso 22000:2005.• The Contractor Provided The Ordering Party With A Guarantee Of The Health Quality And Durability Of The Supplied Food Until The Date Of Minimum Durability Or Use-By Date Specified On Legible Labels.• Agricultural And Food Products Were Stored And Transported In A Way That Ensured Their Proper Commercial Quality.• The Delivered Food Was Marked With A Visible, Legible And Indelible Identification Code And An Expiration Date Enabling Identification. Food Item From A Given Production Batch.• The Contractor Undertakes To Provide All Necessary Information Upon Delivery In Order To Make A Quantitative And Qualitative Assessment Of The Received Food.6 In The Event Of Receiving Food Of Inappropriate Health Or Commercial Quality, The Ordering Party Will Refuse To Accept It And Will Immediately Report Complaints In Person Or By Telephone On The Day Of Delivery. The Contractor Undertakes To Collect Or Replace Food That Does Not Meet The Quality Requirements With One Free From Defects, Within A Maximum Of 2 Hours From The Date And Time Of Its Notification, At Its Own Expense.
