The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Specialized Care Services - The Provision Of Rehabilitation Services By A Physiotherapist At The Place Of Residence Of Beneficiaries From The Barcin Commune In The Period From February 1, 2026 To August 31, 2026. 2. The Above-Mentioned. Services Are Listed In Annex Xiv To Directive 2014/24/Eu And Annex Xvii To Directive 2014/25/Eu. 3. The Ordering Party And The Contractor Should Implement The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With Art. 17 Section 1 Point 11 And Art. 50 Section 1, Section 4, Art. 50A Of The Act On Social Assistance Of March 12, 2004 (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1214, As Amended) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Social Policy Of September 22, 2005 On Specialized Care Services (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 816).4. By Specialized Care Services We Mean Specialized Physiotherapy Services At The Place Of Residence, Including Physical Rehabilitation And Improvement Of Impaired Body Functions To The Extent Not Covered By The Provisions Of The Act Of August 27, 2004 On Health Care Services Financed From Public Funds - In Accordance With The Recommendations Of A Doctor Or A Specialist In The Field Of Physical Rehabilitation Or A Physiotherapist.5. Specialized Care Services - The Provision Of Rehabilitation Services By A Physiotherapist At The Place Of Residence Will Be Provided To The Residents Of Mgops In Barcin Entitled To Use These Services On The Basis Of An Administrative Decision Issued By An Authorized Person, Specifying The Monthly Number Of Hours Of Specialized Services Granted And The Fee.6. The Services In Question Will Be Provided Using The Contractors Own Equipment, Which Will Be Transported Each Time To The Place Of Service Provision At The Contractors Own Expense. 7. Specialized Care Services Will Be Provided On Working Days From Monday To Friday, From 7:00 A.M. To 20:00 At Hours Agreed Jointly By The Service Provider And The Beneficiary Or His Legal Guardian.8. An Hour Of Service Is A Clock Hour Counted As The Actual Time Worked At The Clients Home, Excluding Travel Time Or Arrival Time To His/Her Place Of Residence. The Number Of Hours Specified In The Order Is Time Effectively Worked. 9. The Total Number Of Hours Of Services Provided Under This Task In The Period From February 1, 2026 To August 31, 2026 Is Expected To Be 376 Hours, I.E. The Number Of Hours In The Month Of February, Min. 6 Hours A Day (20 Days X 6 Hours = 120 Hours), And In The Period From March To August Min. 2 Hours Per Day (128 Days X 2 Hours = 256 Hours).
