The Subject Of The Order Concerns The Successive Delivery Of Diesel Oil To The Ordering Partys Free-Standing Fuel Tank With A Capacity Of 5,000 Liters (Dm³) Located On The Premises Of The Mielno Sports And Recreation Center In Mielno At Ul. Słoneczna 9.2. The Estimated Quantity Of Fuel Ordered Is 60,000 Liters (Dm³).3. The Ordering Party Will Notify The Supplier Of The Quantities Of Diesel Oil Ordered And Detailed Delivery Dates By Phone Or E-Mail 24 Hours Before The Delivery Date Planned By The Ordering Party. The Supplier Is Obliged To Notify The Ordering Party About The Date And Time Of Delivery Of The Ordered Part Of Diesel Fuel.4. The Given Quantities Of Diesel Oil To Be Delivered During The Contract Period Are Estimates. The Ordering Party Informs That In Reality The Quantities Of Diesel Oil Ordered May Be Smaller.
