The Subject Of This Order Is The Comprehensive Development Of Design Documentation For The Investment Task Titled: Development Of Design Documentation And Reconstruction Of Mogileńska Street, Also Including The Possibility Of Obtaining A Decision On The Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment (Zrid) - Under The Option Law. The Subject Of The Order Includes All Design, Formal And Administrative Activities Necessary To Prepare Full And Complete Documentation Enabling The Implementation Of The Investment In Question. The Aim Of The Study Is To Design An Access Road To The Care And Treatment Facility With Two-Sided Parallel Parking, A Two-Way Road And A One-Sided Sidewalk On The Southern Side Along With Drainage And A Service Channel. In Addition, It Is Necessary To Plan For The Construction Of A Sidewalk On The Eastern Side On The Section Of Ul. Mogileńska From The Intersection With Ul. Konińska To The Intersection With Ul. Kolska And Adaptation To The Accessibility Standards For The City Of Poznań Of Pedestrian Crossings Within Intersections. The Order Was Divided Into Two Scopes: A) Basic Scope - Development Of Full Design Documentation; B) Optional Scope - Obtaining A Zrid Decision For The Entire Investment (Detailed Regulations Regarding The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right For The Indicated Scope Of Work Are Included In The Draft Contractual Provisions Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, In Particular In § 4(2), § 9 Section 2, § 19 Of The Contract Template).
