The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Light Fuel Oil In The Amount Of 70,000 Liters For The Municipal Utilities Plant Zb In Człop. The Total Amount Of Oil Ordered Constitutes The Expected, Estimated (+/-) Demand And May Change. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Increase Or Reduce The Volume Of Deliveries In Relation To The Estimated Demand Specified In The Swz In The Event Of Circumstances Beyond The Ordering Partys Control, E.G. Unfavorable Weather Conditions. In Such A Case, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims For Compensation Against The Ordering Party Due To The Reduction Of The Order. For Each Delivery, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Valid Quality Certificate For The Supplied Light Fuel Oil. Loading, Unloading And Transport Will Be Included In The Unit Sales Price Of Oil. Deliveries Will Be Made After Each Notification By The Ordering Party By Telephone, In Writing Or By Fax. Deliveries Will Be Made By A Specialized Transport Vehicle Equipped With A Certified System For Quantitative Measurement Of Light Fuel Oil And Other Devices Necessary For Trouble-Free Pumping Of Oil Into Tanks. The Minimum Quantity For A Single Delivery Is 6,000 Liters. The Oil Will Be Collected By A Person Representing The Ordering Party And Will Be Delivered In Batches To The Following Boiler Rooms: - At Ul. Moniuszki 29 In Człop - At Ul. Północna 18 In Człop - At Ul. Brzozowa 7 In Człop - At Ul. Brzozowa 8 In Człopiequality And Material Requirements.The Supplied Oil Should Have The Following Quality Parameters Resulting From The Applicable Polish Standard: Pn-C 96-024:2020-12, I.E.:• Calorific Value Not Less Than - 42.6Mj/Kg,• Density At 15 0 C Not More Than - 0.860 Kg/Dm3• Sulfur Content Not More Than - 0.001%• Flash Point Not Lower Than - 56 0 C• Water Content In Mass %, Not More Than - 0.02%• Color - Red• Solid Impurity Content, Not More Than - 0.0024%• Ash Residue In Mass %, Not More Than - 0.01%• Solidification Point Not Higher Than - - 20 0C
