The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Care Services For Residents Of The Social Welfare Center In Dobiegniew In Their Place Of Residence In The Expected Number Of Hours (1 Hour 60 Min): 700 X 11 Months = 7,700 Hours In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular Art. 50 Of The Act Of March 12, 2004 On Social Assistance (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1214, As Amended) And The Implementing Regulations And Requirements Specified In This Swz. The Ordering Party Stipulates That It Is Entitled To Order Care Services Outside The Residents Place Of Residence, But Only If This Service Results From The Special Health Needs Of The Patients. Its Scope Will Include Assistance Provided By The Caregiver And Assistance In Getting The Patient To Medical Facilities Outside The Dobiegniew Commune. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Will Pay For The Hours Of Service Actually Provided. • The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit The Scope Of The Order To 80% Of The Amount Of The Service. In Such A Case, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claim, Including Payment Of Compensation, For Reducing The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, And It Cannot Be The Basis For Refusing To Perform The Guaranteed Part Of The Order.
