Agreements For Banking Services Regarding Their Accounts Will Be Concluded Separately By Individual Units: The Karnice Commune, The Municipal Utilities Department In Karnice, The Commune Culture Club In Karnice, The Commune Public Library In Karnice, The Social Welfare Center In Karnice, The Public School Complex In Karnice, Primary School In Cerkwica.2. Providing Cash Services, Including: - Making Cash Withdrawals, - Accepting Own Cash Payments, - Servicing Natural Persons, I.E. Accepting Payments For Taxes, Civil Law Liabilities And Fees Due To The Ordering Party. A Bank Fee For Payments To The Ordering Partys Accounts Will Be Collected From Natural Persons. - Execution Of Internal And External Transfer Orders, - Provision Of Mass Payment Services. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Charging Bank Fees And Commissions For: - Preparing Bank Statements And Duplicates Of Bank Statements, - Opening And Closing Bank Accounts, - Balance Confirmation, - Making All Internal And External Transfers, - Fees For Certificates And Bank Opinions, - Cash Deposits And Withdrawals 3. Granting A Revolving Credit Facility In The Current Account Of The Municipal Budget During The Financial Year On The Following Conditions: - The Credit Is Revolving, - The Loan Amount Pln 3,000,000.00, - The Loan Will Be Granted On The Basis Of A Loan Agreement, - Loan Security - A Blank Promissory Note Together With A Bill Of Exchange Declaration, - The Overdraft Facility Will Be Activated At The Request Of The Karnice Commune In The Amount Resulting From The Budget Resolution Of The Employer For A Given Financial Year, - The Loan Repayment Deadline Is December 31 Of Each Year, - Interest On The Loan Is Calculated On The Amount Of The Loan Used. - The Bank Will Not Charge Fees For Any Activities Related To Loan Servicing. 4.
