Hansel Oy Has Started The Preparation Of Tenders For Framework Arrangements For Leasing Services. Customers Who Have Joined The Framework Arrangements Can Purchase Leasing Services With The Framework Arrangements, Which Include Leasing Financing, The Equipment Register For The Management Of The Leased Objects To Be Financed And The Services Related To The Processing Of The Leased Objects Returned After The Lease Period, As Well As The Production Of Other Separately Ordered Services For The Customers. According To The Current Plan, The Procurement Is Divided Into Three Independent Framework Arrangements As Follows:1. Leasing Services For Welfare Areas 2027 (00862) The Framework Arrangement Is Aimed At Welfare Areas And Companies In Welfare Areas. 2. Municipal Leasing Services 2027 (00861) The Framework Arrangement Is Aimed At Municipalities, Cities, Their Companies, Municipal Associations And Other Municipal Organizations And Parishes. 3. State Leasing Services 2027 (00709) The Framework Arrangement Is Aimed At State Agencies And Institutions, Organizations Outside Of The States Budget Economy, Universities And Colleges (Including Universities Of Applied Sciences) And Eu Organizations. The Aim Is That The Requests For Tenders Will Be Published In August 2026 And The Framework Agreements Will Enter Into Force In December 2026. The Meetings Will Be Held Approximately 03-05/2026. Participating Or Not Participating In The Market Dialogue Does Not Prevent Participation In Possible Procurement Procedures.
