Raahe Citys Procurement Services Is Requesting An Offer For The Call-Controlled Public Transport Order Center Service For The Raahe City Area, For The Period 2.3.2026 - 31.12.2026 + One (1) Year Option. A Service Where Rides Ordered Over The Phone Are Received And Coordinated For Moving Vehicles. The Order Centers Responsibility Includes Service Traffic (Kyyti-Fiia And Kyyti-Pekka) And The Call-A-Ride Operating In The Raahe Inner City Area. The Order Center Is Part Of The Raahekyti Kutsuyitpalvelu Operating In The Raahe Area. The Raahe Inner City Services Kyyti-Pekka And Kyyti-Fiia Operate In The Raahe Inner City Area On Weekdays From 7 Am To 4 Pm. Kutsukyyti Operates In The Raahe Inner City Area On Weekdays From 7 Am To 7 Pm And On Saturdays From 9 Am To 3 Pm. Orders Are Accepted On Weekdays Between 8 A.M. And 4 P.M. The Ordering Center Accepts Ride Orders Called To The Service Number And Coordinates The Orders With The Vehicles In Motion. The Service Provider Undertakes To Comply With Matkahuoltos Routes And Tickets As Well As The Practices Of The Vinka System, Which Are Integrated Into The Operations Of The Order Center In Terms Of Ordering A Ride From The Order Center And The Mobile Application. The Service Provider Is Responsible For The Telephone Connection Used And The Costs Caused By It. Pricing Basis: Euro/Ride Order Received By Phone.
