Reuse Of Existing Hardware Is Preferred In The Context Of Sustainability. Outdated Or Incompatible Hardware Will Be Replaced With New/Modern Hardware. The Future Contractor, As Well As The Services To Be Provided By The Contractor, Must Comply With The Conditions Set By The Contracting Authority, Which Are Specified In This Tender Document Including All Appendices. The Contracting Authority Is Going Through A Public European Tender Process With The Aim Of Reaching An Agreement For The Municipality Of Tilburg With One (1) Contractor For The Supply And Additional Services Of An Exploitation Management System For The Tilburg Sports Company. The Following Supplies And Services Are Entirely Part Of This Tender: Software For Sports Accommodation Management, Sports Activities Management And Operation; Hardware For Access Control And Point Of Sale; Implementation And Data Migration Services; Training And Support; Maintenance And Hosting.
