The Investment Includes: Purchase Of An Electric Vehicle And Associated Charging Stations For The Purpose Of Providing Social Services. The Measure Responds To The Need To Modernize And Decarbonize The Vehicle Fleet Used In The Provision Of Social Services By The Municipality. The Measure Is Of Particular Importance In View Of The Increasing Mobile Needs In The Social Sphere, Especially In The Context Of Deinstitutionalisation And The Shift To Community And Home-Based Services. Replacing Old Diesel And Petrol Cars With Electric Vehicles Will Result In Significant Reductions In Carbon Emissions As Well As Fuel And Maintenance Savings. Cars Must Meet The Requirements Of Ordinance No. H-21 Of 2023, Which Introduces Into Bulgarian Legislation The Requirements Of Directive (Eu) 2019/1161 Regarding The Promotion Of Clean Vehicles.
