Tenders Are Invited For Implementation Of A Transport Service For The Supply Of Bread And Basic Food Products In The Mountain And Small Villages Of Kyustendil Municipality

The Transport Service For The Delivery Of Bread And Basic Food Products Will Be Carried Out Twice A Week In The Settlements Included In The Relevant Separate Item. Scope Of Activities: The Activities Are Carried Out In Full Compliance With The Requirements Of The Law On Road Transport, The Law On Road Traffic And Other Legal Acts Relating To The Organization Of Road Transport, As Well As The Regulations Concerning Food Safety Requirements. The Means Of Transport Provided By The Participant For The Implementation Of The Service Should Be Registered By The Relevant Regional Directorate Of The Bulgarian Food Safety Agency. As Of The Date Of The Announcement Of The Public Procurement, No Funding Has Been Secured, Given That And On The Basis Of Art. 114 Of The Civil Procedure Code The Contract For The Execution Of The Order For Each Of The Specified Items Enters Into Force If Financing Is Secured, Of Which Circumstance The Contractor Will Be Notified In Writing. In The Event Of Unsecured Financing, Either Party May Request Termination Of The Contract Without Notice After The Expiration Of A Three-Month Period From Its Conclusion. Important!!! Specific Position No. 5: Transport Service For The Delivery Of Bread And Basic Food Products On Routes With A Total Length Of 81 Km. Will Be Assigned In The Order Of Its Individual Value Based On Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Civil Code By Concluding A Contract Under Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Code.
