Exercise Of Construction Supervision, According To Art. 166 And Art. 168 Of The Zut When Building A Fence In Sb Kozarevets And Preparing An Opinion For Assessing Compliance With The Basic Requirements Of The Construction Of The Investment Project; 2. Exercise Of Investor Control During The Construction Of A Fence In Sb Kozarevets; 3. In Accordance With Art. 168, Para. 7 Of The Zut, The Contractor Is Responsible For Damages Caused To The Contracting Authority And Other Participants In The Construction.
