The Vehicle To Be Delivered Must Comply With The Current Regulations Of The Köhém Decree 6/1990 (Iv. 12) (On The Technical Conditions For Placing And Keeping Road Vehicles On The Road). The Truck Must Comply With The Requirements Specified In The Nfgm Decree 16/2008.(Viii.30) On The Safety Requirements And Certification Of Conformity Of Machines, And The Gm Decree 47/1999.(Viii.4) On The Issuance Of The Lifting Machine Safety Regulations. The Bidder Means The Following By New Destination Machine: - The Basic Machine Can Only Be New Means Of Transport That Have Not Been Used Anywhere Before Delivery. - Furthermore, The Date Of The Official Technical Examination Of The Target Machine (Base Machine) Cannot Be Older Than 6 Months. During The Official Technical Examination, The Primary, Secondary And, If Applicable, Tertiary Code Of The Target Machine Must Be Entered On The Technical Data Sheet. With Regard To The Superstructure Of The New Device, The Applicant Understands The Following By New Device: - The Operating Hours Of The Superstructure Must Not Be More Than 20 Operating Hours And/Or The Production Date Of The Superstructure Cannot Be Older Than 6 Months (Certificate Must Include The Base Machine/Superstructure Number - Its Unique Identifier) - Assembled From Factory New Parts, - All Parts And The Completely Assembled Device Are Covered By The Warranty Undertaken By The Bidder, - Damage-Free (Repair Of Transport Damage With Factory Technology Is Permitted).
