Accident And Health Insurance Services – Service Contract Relating To A Statutory Risk Insurance Service For Communities And Establishments Affiliated And Not Affiliated With The Management Center And For Itself. The Puy-De-Dôme Territorial Civil Service Management Center, Represented By Its President, Is Carrying Out This Consultation With A View To Taking Out Insurance Contracts Guaranteeing The Financial Risks Linked To The Statutory Social Protection Of Staff Of Local Authorities, Public Establishments In The Department And For Itself In Application Of The General Civil Service Code (Article 26 Of Law No. 84-53 Of January 26, 1984 Establishing Statutory Provisions Relating To The Civil Service Territorial) Or Texts Preceding The Code And Not Yet Codified And Decree No. 86-552 Of March 14, 1986. Membership In These Contracts Is Offered To Local Authorities And Public Establishments Affiliated And Not Affiliated With The Management Center. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For A Period Of Four (4) Years.
