The Subject Of The Order Is: Performance Of Geological Works And Geotechnical Tests Together With The Development Of Geological And Engineering Documentation And Documentation Of Ground Tests For The Investment Entitled Construction Of The Brzeg Bypass Along National Road No. 39. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Analyze And Verify The Approved Geological Works Design, Geophysical Research Documentation (Dbgf), Hydrogeological Documentation (Dh), Study Geological And Engineering (Sgi), Field Visit, B) Developing A Geotechnical Research Program, C) Notifying The Relevant Authorities Of The Intention To Carry Out The Activities Specified In Article 81 Of The Act Of June 9, 2011, Geological And Mining Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1290), D) Obtaining Consents From The Owners, Users And Managers Of The Property To Perform The Activities Indicated In The Approved Geological Works Project And The Geotechnical Works Project Developed As Part Of The Implementation Of This Order, Or In The Event Of Refusal, Submitting An Application And Obtaining A Decision From The Voivode To Allow Entry To The Property Or Its Part And A Possible Application To Conduct Enforcement Proceedings, E) Carrying Out: - Geodetic Measurements, - Possible Roads And Working Platforms Enabling Proper And Safe Drilling And/Or Sounding, - Drilling, - Sounding, - Sampling, Securing And Transporting Samples. Soil And Water To The Laboratory, - Laboratory Tests Of Soil And Water, - Liquidation Of Research Excavations, - Geological And Engineering Mapping, - Documentation And Development Of Test Results In Accordance With The Requirements Of This Specification And The Approved Prg And Agreed Pbg, - Storage, Security And Making Available, With The Consent Of The Ordering Party, The Collected Soil Samples For A Period Of 6 Months From The Date Of Completion Of Drilling, - Management Of The Collected Soil Samples And Other Items (Boxes, Bags, Containers) After The End Of The Period Their Storage, F) Development Of Geological And Engineering Documentation (Dgi) And Subsoil Test Documentation (Dbp), G) Agreement With The Ordering Party Of Dgi And Dbp And Approval Of Dgi In The Competent Authority.
