A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And A Description Of The Ordering Partys Requirements For Implementation Are Specified In: 1) Price Calculation (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz); 2) Draft Contract (Appendix No. 7 To The Swz); 3) Scope Of Activities And Responsibilities Within The Scope Of Security And Porter Services And The Arrival Of The Intervention Patrol (Appendix No. 9A, No. 9B, No. 9C, No. 9D And No. 9E To The Swz) The Execution Of The Order Is Subject To Polish Law, In Particular The Civil Code Act And The Public Procurement Law Act. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform The Order In Accordance With The Legal Provisions Applicable To The Subject Matter Of The Order. 5. The Number Of Hours Of Services Covered By The Subject Of The Order Provided In Individual Social Welfare Homes And The Number Of Arrivals Of The Intervention Patrol (As The Basic Order) Were Specified In The Price Calculation, Constituting Appendix No. 2 To The Swz. 6. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes, Among Others: 1) Concierge Service, Protection Of Persons And Property On A Continuous Basis (24 Hours A Day), On All Working Days, Sundays And Holidays And Statutory Holidays During The Term Of The Contract, By One Employee Per Shift, According To The Schedule Established By The Contractor; 2) Constant Supervision Of Signals Transmitted, Collected And Processed In Electronic Devices And Alarm Systems Included In The Facilities Of The Municipal Center For Social Services In Wrocław; 3) Monitoring The Facilities And The Area Around The Facilities Using A Television Surveillance System And Site Inspection; 4) Controlling Passenger Traffic, Keeping Records Of Issued/Received Room Keys, Keeping A Register Of Daily Reports (If Applicable), Operating The Telephone Switchboard And Connecting Telephone Calls, And Operating The Fire Protection Switchboard (Applies To Dps Mączna And Dps Karmelkowa), Maintaining Order And Cleanliness Of The Entrance To Buildings; 5) Taking Action In The Event Of Emergency Situations (Assault, Burglary, Fire, Flood And Failures); 6) Opening And Closing Entrance Gates And Entrance Gates Using A Remote Control, Intercom Or Manually.
