The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Design And, Based On The Prepared Design Documentation, Execution Of: 1) Extension Of The District Road No. 3040P On The Niezgoda - Sierakowo Section And 2) Construction Of A New Section Of The Sierakowo - Dk92 - Motorway Road, For The Task Carried Out In The Design And Build Formula Called Expansion Of District Road No. 3040P On The Niezgoda - Sierakowo Section And Construction Of A New Section Of The Sierakowo-Dk92-Autostrada A2 Road. 2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled: Expansion Of The District Road No. 3040P On The Niezgoda - Sierakowo Section And Construction Of A New Section Of The Sierakowo - Dk92 - A2 Motorway Road, In Accordance With Annex No. 1, I.E. The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu). 3. The Order In Question Includes, Among Others: 1) Development Of Design Documentation Along With Obtaining The Necessary Decisions, Opinions, Arrangements And Preparation Of Materials For Submitting An Application In Order To Obtain A Decision To Authorize The Implementation Of A Road Investment (Zrid) On Behalf Of The Ordering Party And Obtaining A Zrid Decision As Well As Obtaining Other Administrative Decisions Necessary To Complete The Task, 2) Performance Of Construction Works On The Task In Question Based On The Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor (In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Development Of September 11, 2020 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of The Construction Project - Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1697, As Amended) And Detailed Technical Specifications (Prepared By The Contractor And Prepared In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021) Construction And Functional And Utility Program, I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 2454) And Relevant Legal Provisions. 4. The Section Of The Pedestrian And Bicycle Path From Km Approx. 9+400 To Km Approx. 11+645 (Basic Distance), Specified In Annex No. 1 - Functional And Utility Program (Ffu), Is Excluded From The Execution Of The Order In Question. 5. Detailed Conditions, Scope And Rules Of Contract Execution Are Set Out In Annex No. 1 - Pfu And Annex No. 9 - Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, As Well As In The Scope Of Individual Provisions Of The Construction Law. 6. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Pzp, Consisting In The Construction Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Path With A Maximum Value Of Pln 4,500,000 Gross (In Words: Four Million Five Hundred Thousand Zlotys Gross 00/100). 7. Pursuant To Art. 257 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Procedure In Question If The Public Funds It Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Were Not Granted To It. 8.
