Foreign Economic-Aid-Related Services – 81322574-Accelerating The Transition Towards The Circular Economy, Waste Management And Carbon-Neutral Technologies. Giz Is Implementing The Technical Cooperation Project Procircular Between 2025 And 2027 And Will Launch The Proeficiencia Project In 2026 In Peru. Procircular Aims To Enhance The Adoption Of Resource-Efficient And Climate-Friendly Circular Economy Practices Among Companies In The Manufacturing And Commerce Sectors Across Selected Value Chains. In Parallel, Proeficiencia Focuses On Promoting The Integrated Use Of Carbon-Neutral Technologies In The Same Sectors, In Support Of Perus Nationally Determined Contributions (Ndcs). Both Projects Target Groups: - Companies With A Significant Environmental Footprint And Potential For Circular And Low-Emission Innovation; - Technical And Managerial Staff From Public Institutions (E.G., Produce, Mvcs, Minam, Regional Governments); - Business Support Entities Such As Centres For Productive Innovation And Technology Transfer (Cites), Chambers Of Commerce, And Specialised Technical Service Providers; - Women-Led Enterprises And Stakeholders, Particularly In Underrepresented Value Chains And Regions. The Contractor Will Support The Implementation Of The Following Working Packages: For Procircular, The Working Package And Main Activities Are: Work Package 1: Scaling Up Good Practices In Circular Economy Business Models With A Value Chain And Gender Approach. This Package Aims To Strengthen The Enabling Conditions So That Successful Circular Economy Practices Can Be Adopted, Replicated And Scaled Up At Territorial And Business Levels. There Is A Particular Focus On Encouraging The Participation Of Women And Regional Stakeholders. 1.1 Awareness Campaign On Circular Business Models And Gender Equality. 1.2 Partnerships For Knowledge Transfer On Circular Economy And Gender Equality. 1.3 Strengthening Cites, Chambers Of Commerce, And Regional Actors In Circular Economy Implementation 1.4 Organising Exchange Visits And Study Tours On Circular Economy For Proeficiencia, The Working Packages And Main Activities Are: Work Package 2: Strengthening Inter-Institutional And Intergovernmental Coordination Mechanisms. This Package Aims To Strengthen The Coordination Mechanisms Between Institutions And Governments To Promote Carbon-Neutral Technologies And Practices Within The Manufacturing Sectors Value Chains And Domestic Trade. 2.1 Strengthening National And Regional Coordination Mechanisms To Promote The Use Of Carbon-Neutral Technologies Throughout Value Chains 2.2 Creating And Harmonising Regulatory, Technical, And Promotional Instruments That Support The Adoption Of Carbon-Neutral Technologies, With A Focus On Gender And Territorial Inclusion Work Package 3: Strengthening The Knowledge Of Key Actors In The Productive Ecosystem And Promoting Experience Exchange.
