The Vehicle Subject To Delivery Should Meet The Criteria For Clean Vehicles. According To The Requirements Of Art. 47, Para. 5 Of The Law On Public Procurement, The Vehicle Should Meet The Criteria For Clean Vehicles Specified In Ordinance No. H-21 On The Requirements For Clean Vehicles, Issued By The Minister Of Transport And Communications, With A Maximum Emission Of Exhaust Gases Expressed In Co2 G/Km And Emissions Of Pollutants Under Real Driving Conditions Below The Applicable Limit Values ​​Of Emissions Determined In The Appendix To Art. 3 Of The Aforementioned Ordinance. The Registration Of The Car In The Traffic Police Is Not A Commitment Of The Contractor. The Contractor Should Provide All The Necessary Documents For The Registration With The Traffic Police. ​​​​​​​​A Detailed Description Of The Minimum Technical Parameters Of The Electric Car Are Specified In A Technical Specification - An Integral Part Of This Participation Documentation. ​​​​​​​
