In Accordance With Article R.2431-4 Of The Public Procurement Code, Project Management Concerns A Basic Mission Comprising The Following Missions: 1. Sketch: It Is Specified That The Competition Submission Being Planned At Esq Plus Level, It Is Considered That The Sketch Is Carried Out Within The Framework Of The Competition. 2. Carrying Out Summary Preliminary Design Studies (Aps); 3. Carrying Out Detailed Preliminary Design Studies (Apd); 4. Project Studies (Pro); 5. Assistance Provided To The Project Owner For The Award Of Public Works Contracts (Act); 6. The Management Of The Execution Of Public Works Contracts (Det); 7. Examination Of The Conformity With The Project Of The Execution Studies Carried Out By An Economic Operator Responsible For The Work And Their Visa (Visa); 8. Assistance Provided To The Project Owner During Acceptance Operations And During The Perfect Completion Guarantee (Aor) Period. The Basic Mission Entrusted To The Project Management Includes All Regulatory Authorization Filings (File Creation And Filing).
