The Supplier Also Provides A Number Of Refrigerators, A Tap Installation, Sinks (Maintenance Included), Small Equipment And Additional Services. Delivery Locations: - T Gewent, Zomerland 2, 2860 Sint-Katelijne-Waver - Town Hall Sint-Katelijne-Waver, Lemanstraat 63, 2860 Sint-Katelijne-Waver - Parochiezaal Elzestraat, Clemenceaustraat 111, 2860 Sint-Katelijne-Waver - Subject To Change: Café Parochiezaal Elzestraat, Clemenceaustraat 111, 2860 Sint-Katelijne-Waver - Other Locations In Sint-Katelijne-Waver Where The Municipality Organizes An Event. The Assignment Can Be Expanded To Various Locations Within The Municipality Of Sint-Katelijne-Waver. However, This Extension May Not In Any Way Lead To A Change In Unit Prices. Customers: In Application Of Article 2, 6°A And 7°B Of The Law Of 17 June 2016 On Public Contracts, The Municipality Of Sint-Katelijne-Waver Will Act As A Purchasing Center In The Sense That It Places Public Contracts Or Framework Agreements Relating To Works, Supplies Or Services Intended For Contracting Authorities Or Contracting Entities, More Specifically: • Municipality Of Sint-Katelijne-Waver; • All Tenants/Users Of Rooms In T Gewent And Parochiezaal Elzestraat That The Municipality Of Sint-Katelijne-Waver Rents Out; • Subject To Change: The Manager Of The Café In Parochiezaal Elzestraat. The Central Purchasing Office Concludes An Agreement That Can Also Be Used By Other Entities Mentioned Above. The Actual Orders And Calls Under The Framework Agreement Are Placed By The Entities Involved Themselves, And Not By The Purchasing Center. The Operator Of The Café In Parochiezaal Elzestraat Is A Conditional Customer. He Has The Right To Decline To Participate In This Framework Agreement At The Start Of The Award. The Municipality Of Sint-Katelijne-Waver Only Has A Monitoring And Regulating Function When Purchasing By Entities Other Than Itself And Cannot Be Held Liable For Non-Compliance With The Agreements Between The Tenants On The One Hand And The Supplier On The Other. In The Event Of Conflicts Between Both Parties, The Municipality Will Act As The First Mediator. Commencement Of The Agreement: This Concerns An Agreement That Starts At 2 Different Times: 1) For The Delivery To T Gewent And The Associated Installations And Parochiezaal Elzestraat, The Agreement Starts On April 1, 2026. 2) For The Delivery To The Town Hall And For Events At Various Locations, The Agreement Starts On August 1, 2026. 3) For Café Parochiezaal Elzestraat, The Agreement Starts On April 1, 2026 If They Decide To To Enter Into This Agreement.
