This Notice Concerns The Allocation Of A Concessionary Public Service Delegation Granted In Application Of The Public Procurement Code And Articles L.1411-1 Et Seq. Of The General Code Of Local Authorities. The Purpose Of The Contract Is To Entrust The Operation Of The Urban Transport Network And Mobility Services Organized By The Grand Sénonais Urban Community. The Delegated Activity Includes 13 Urban Lines, A Zonal-Type On-Demand Transport Service And A Bicycle Rental Service. The Delegatees Main Missions Will Be: • To Provide The Main Goods Necessary For Operations; • Operate And Manage Transport Services Within The Framework Of A Dedicated Company; • Assume Personnel Management And Responsibility For Transport Operations; • Maintain The Assets Necessary For The Operation Of The Service; • To Market The Service; • To Offer A Public Welcome To The Commercial Agency; • Provide Expertise, Particularly On Adapting Supply To Demand; • To Report To The Grand Sénonais On The Operating Conditions, The Quality Of The Service Provided And The Financial Balance Of The Operation, And To Respond To Any Request From The Delegating Authority Made Within The Framework Of Its Permanent Audit Right. The Organizing Authority Provides Optional Services Which Reserves The Right To Strengthen Or Not During The Execution Of The Contract, Without Compensation For The Delegatee In The Event Of Late Strengthening Or In The Event Of Non-Firming. Des Vauguillettes; • Experimentation With Serving The Gron Z.I.; • Service On Sundays And Public Holidays; • Operation Of Biogas Buses; • Operation Of Electric Buses. As Of December 31, 2024, The Public Passenger Transport Service Organized By Grand Sénonais Is Made Up Of 13 Urban Lines, 20 Peri-Urban Lines, And 6 On-Demand Transport Zones. It Is Operated As Part Of A Dedicated Company Using 37 Employees And 18 Public Transport Vehicles. During The Year, 757,328 Commercial Kilometers Were Produced And 1,091,248 Trips Were Recorded. In Addition, 50 Bicycles Are Available For Rental. Operating Expenses Amounted To 5,747,278 Euros Excluding Tax And Operating Revenues To 812,087 Euros Excluding Tax.
